How does the personal watermarking work?
Every video you buy is encoded with a unique watermark tied to your account before you download it. The watermark is subtle but provably yours — if a file ever ends up shared publicly, it can be traced back to the original buyer. This protects honest customers and the long-term value of the catalog. Encoding starts within ~10 minutes of purchase and takes another 5–15 minutes; you'll get an email the moment your file is ready.
How long until I receive my download?
Most downloads are ready within 10–25 minutes of purchase. Our system batches new orders every 10 minutes, then encodes your personalized copy in 5–15 minutes. You'll get an email with a direct download link as soon as it's ready. You can also access it anytime from your account downloads page.
My download link stopped working — what now?
Download links are time-limited for security. If yours expired, log in to your account and go to My Account → Downloads — a fresh link generates instantly. After 30 days, files auto-expire from the cache; clicking re-download will requeue a fresh personalized copy automatically (10–25 min wait).
Will my bank statement show your business name?
No. Card purchases are processed through our payment partner and the statement description will read AVERAGEJOESKYTRAVELS — a discreet, unrelated descriptor. Your privacy matters to us.
What payment methods do you accept?

How long do I have access to my purchases?
Forever, from your account. Your personalized copy lives in our delivery cache for 30 days after first download; after that, clicking "Download" in your account will automatically requeue a fresh copy for you (10–25 min wait). No expiration on your right to re-download.
Can I re-download from a different device or on mobile?
Yes. Log in to your account from any device — phone, tablet, or computer — go to My Account → Downloads, and you'll see all your past purchases. Downloads are standard MP4 files; on iOS they save to Files, on Android they land in Downloads. Same watermark, fresh link every time.
Can I share these videos with others?
Please don't. Every file is uniquely watermarked to your account — sharing publicly is traceable back to you, can result in account suspension, and harms the long-term value of the catalog for everyone. If a friend is interested, send them a link to the shop instead.
I bought from you on Billgang — where are my videos?
They came with us. Every past Billgang purchase was migrated to this site under the same email you bought with. Go to My Account and use "Lost your password?" with your Billgang email to set a password — your full library will be waiting in My Account → Downloads. If you register as a new customer with that same email instead, your past orders attach to the account automatically. Anything missing? Email us and we'll sort it.
